Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, the settings you choose, and the trading data generated by copying. We never sell your data, we never share it with advertisers, and your MT5 password is never stored in readable form.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, dashboard password (hashed), billing country.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor; we only see your plan, amounts and receipts.
• MT5 connection data — login number, broker server, and the password you enter when linking. The password is passed to the secure connection layer and is not stored in readable form by us.
• Trading data — signals read, trades placed on your behalf, their outcomes. This powers your dashboard.
• Channel references — the names/IDs of the Telegram channels you copy. We read the signals you point us at; we do not read your personal Telegram messages.
• Technical logs — IP, browser type, error logs — to keep the service secure and debug issues.

3. What we never do

• We never sell or rent your data.
• We never share your trading data with signal providers or other users.
• We never use your data for advertising.
• We never store your MT5 password in readable form.

4. Why we process data

To provide the service you pay for (executing your copy settings), to bill you, to secure the platform, and to comply with legal obligations. Where required by law we rely on your consent or the performance of our contract with you.

5. Third parties we rely on

• Payment processor — handles card details; we don't see them.
• Hosting provider — runs our servers under a data-processing agreement.
• Telegram — the source of the signals you copy; subject to their own privacy policy.
• Your broker — executes the trades; we don't control their data practices.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time — email support@a3fxcopier.com or use the delete option in your dashboard. Deletion removes your personal data and settings; trade records required by accounting rules are kept for the legally required period.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted (TLS). Credentials are isolated per user, access is logged, and we run the service on infrastructure with least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as we would our own.
