Refund Policy

1. Payments are non-refundable

Subscriptions give you access to the service for the period you pay for. Once a payment is made it is non-refundable — including the first payment of a new subscription and payments for extra accounts.

2. Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you like and nothing further is charged. Copying keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for. Extra accounts added part-way through a month are billed immediately and are non-refundable.

3. When we will refund

We will refund a payment where something clearly went wrong on our side — for example a duplicate charge, or the service never worked for you through no fault of your own configuration. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund — A3FX Copier is a tool that follows your configuration, and trading risk is yours (see the Terms of Service, section 5).

4. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is agreed, it goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
