1. What A3FX Copier is

A3FX Copier is a software service that reads trading signal messages from Telegram channels you choose, and executes the trades they describe on the MetaTrader 5 account(s) you connect, according to the settings you configure. It is a tool that follows your instructions. It is not a broker, not an investment manager, and not a signal provider.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login secure, and for all activity carried out under it. One subscription covers one MT5 account and one signal channel; extra accounts are billed at the rate shown at signup.

3. Your MT5 credentials

When you link an MT5 account you give the service the login, password and server needed to place trades on it. Credentials are passed to the connection layer and are not stored in readable form by us. You may revoke the connection at any time by unlinking the account. You remain the owner of your MT5 account at all times, and your agreement with your broker continues to govern it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The service is billed in advance for the period you choose: $34.99 per month, $94.99 per 3 months, or $349.99 per year for one MT5 account. Each extra MT5 account costs $24.99 per month, $74.97 per 3 months, or $299.88 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; copying continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email — you can cancel before any change takes effect.

5. Trading risk — please read this

Trading forex, gold, indices and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposits. A3FX Copier does not select, screen, endorse or judge the quality of any signal. It executes the signals you have chosen to copy, with the risk settings you have chosen. Past performance of any channel does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for the trading decisions that lead to a signal being copied, including the choice of channel, risk mode and filters. Never copy trades with money you cannot afford to lose, and always test the service on a demo account first.

6. No performance guarantee

We guarantee that the software attempts to execute the instructions you configure — nothing else. We do not guarantee profits, signal quality, uptime of third parties (Telegram, your broker, MetaQuotes), or that a signal channel will continue to perform in any way.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on Telegram, MetaQuotes' MetaTrader 5 platform and your broker's infrastructure. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and we cannot control their availability, changes or pricing. Outages on their side may interrupt copying.

8. Acceptable use

• Use the service only on accounts you own or are authorised to trade.
• Do not use the service to violate any law, broker agreement or prop-firm rule.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A3FX Copier is not liable for trading losses, missed or malformed signals, slippage, broker failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
